7 Save Energy Activities Everyone Can Join

1. Turn off the lights during lunch break (1 hour)
   Use natural light while everyone is away, reducing electricity usage without affecting work.

2. Set air conditioners at 26–27°C
   This is a comfortable level for the body and helps save up to 10% of electricity, especially when used with fans for air circulation.

3. Turn off the air conditioning when no one is in the room
   Switch it off immediately in empty rooms to avoid unnecessary waste.

4. Shut down computers during lunch or after work
   Shutting down or putting computers to sleep saves electricity throughout the night.

5. Switch off all lights before leaving
   A simple checklist before heading home ensures no electricity is wasted.

6. Unplug the copier after use
   Large office equipment still consumes electricity even in standby mode. Unplugging reduces this hidden energy usage.

7. Hold online meetings when suitable
   Reduce the use of meeting rooms, saving on lighting and air conditioning, while improving work efficiency.
