In order to assure quality, TOSTEM THAI manages a product testing center located in the manufacturing plant.
This ensures that the products are regularly tested to maintain quality in accordance with Japanese standards.

Manufacturing Process

TOSTEM THAI is a manufacturer of aluminium products by extrusion through mould processes known as ALUMINIUM EXTRUSION.
With our vast expertise and capabale technicians and machinery, the factory has a production capacity of 7,000 tonnes per month. We are trusted by customers in various industries, especially automotive, which requires continuous and reliable deliveries of large quantities of goods.

The Taisei Corporation Group's Next Generation Technology Research Institute has adopted the first domestically produced recycled low-carbon aluminum profiles.

Contributes to the realization of "Zero Carbon Buildings" that achieve virtually zero CO2 emissions throughout the entire building lifecycle.

[Press release]The "PremiAL R70," which utilizes recycled aluminum materials, has been introduced for the first time in Japan at Seven-Eleven stores.

This is a result of the collaboration between the two companies, aiming to contribute to the reduction of CO emissions and to work towards resource recycling.
