Comprehensive Manufacturing and Proprietary TOSTEM Technology
TOSTEM THAI is located in the Nava Nakorn Industrial Promotion Zone in Pathum Thani Province. The company offers a full-service operation from manufacturing to sales, managed entirely within its own factory. Currently, TOSTEM THAI aims to expand its market reach throughout Southeast Asia. The company is dedicated to producing high-quality products through four main production processes:
1. Casting Process : Pure aluminum is melted and chemically adjusted, then cast into uniformly sized billets.
2. Extrusion Process : The billets are extruded using one of TOSTEM’s 17 extrusion machines, with a total monthly production capacity of 7,000 tons.
3. Surface Treatment : TOSTEM uses a Japanese anodizing technology called “TEXGUARD” to treat the surface. This process involves electrochemical coloring, embedding pigments into the aluminum surface to enhance color, weather resistance, and corrosion durability.

4. Fabrication : Aluminum components are manufactured according to design drawings using modern, comprehensive machinery. TOSTEM THAI adheres to strict Japanese quality standards and implements rigorous safety and quality control during manufacturing. The factory also houses a testing center equipped with various instruments, including UV measurement devices, temperature and humidity control chambers, 3D measuring machines, tensile strength testers, corrosion testers, and hardness testers.

  Environmental Commitment and Green Achievements
TOSTEM THAI is dedicated to ongoing environmental efforts and has been awarded the Green Industry Level 5 certification – a recognition held by only two companies, with TOSTEM THAI being the first in the aluminum industry to receive this award.

  Additionally, the TOSTEM THAI factory uses renewable energy by installing solar panels covering approximately 40,000 square meters on its rooftops. These panels generate an average of 16,000–20,000 kWh/day, helping reduce factory electricity costs by 6% per month and lowering CO₂ emissions by up to 4,000 tons annually.

To reinforce its environmental initiatives, TOSTEM THAI offers low-carbon aluminum profiles under the “PremiAL” brand in two types:
• PremiAL R70: Contains more than 70% recycled aluminum
• PremiAL R100: Made with 100% recycled aluminum

These products help reduce CO₂ emissions by 55% and 80%, respectively. With long-term support from scrap aluminum suppliers and over 25 years of accumulated technology, TOSTEM is proud to be one of only two manufacturers in the world capable of producing aluminum with 100% recycled content.
