Job Description

Responsible for position

Assistant Manager (Sales – OEM) :

  1. Manage and supervise the operations team to achieve company objectives.
  2. Oversee and monitor all related administrative tasks.
  3. Provide guidance and consultation to staff on relevant matters.
  4. Support the development of subordinates’ skills and capabilities to enhance effectiveness in current and future responsibilities.
  5. Handle general administrative duties and special assignments as required.

 

Qualifications :

  • Age 35–45 years, male or female.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proficient in computer skills and fluent in English.


Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing in the fields of Architecture, Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors, Steel & Construction, or other industrial businesses.
  • Experience in Business Administration is an advantage.


Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong in Time Management, Continuous Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Collaboration, Communication, Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking & Decision-Making, and Creativity.
  • Must have own transportation with a valid driving license and be willing to conduct site visits.
