Responsible for position
Assistant Manager (Sales – OEM) :
- Manage and supervise the operations team to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee and monitor all related administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and consultation to staff on relevant matters.
- Support the development of subordinates’ skills and capabilities to enhance effectiveness in current and future responsibilities.
- Handle general administrative duties and special assignments as required.
Qualifications :
- Age 35–45 years, male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficient in computer skills and fluent in English.
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing in the fields of Architecture, Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors, Steel & Construction, or other industrial businesses.
- Experience in Business Administration is an advantage.
Skills & Abilities :
- Strong in Time Management, Continuous Learning, Emotional Intelligence, Adaptability, Collaboration, Communication, Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking & Decision-Making, and Creativity.
- Must have own transportation with a valid driving license and be willing to conduct site visits.
