Responsible for position
The Business Development Manager : International Market Sales is responsible for driving market expansion, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets across assigned international territories. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing market entry strategies, and working closely with certified dealers, consultants, and project stakeholders to promote Tostem Pre-Engineering aluminum windows and doors.
Key responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging and target international markets (e.g., ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East, Africa).
- Establish and strengthen relationships with certified dealers, distributors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to assess competitors, pricing trends, and potential business risks.
- Prepare and negotiate sales quotations, proposals, and project pricing aligned with company standards and margin expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Operation plan, Cost & Price Estimation, Technical & Project Management, and Customer & Order Management) to support presales and post-sales activities.
- Represent the company in international exhibitions, networking events, and trade missions.
- Report sales pipeline progress using CRM tools and submit monthly/quarterly business updates.
- Ensure compliance with product specifications, export regulations, and internal sales policies.
Job Qualification :
- Age 30 to 45 years old
- Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree or higher : International Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
- Fluent for skill Computer and English
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales or business development experience.
- Experience in building materials or architectural products is preferred (windows, doors, facade solutions).
Skill :
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication in English (Verbal & Written) ; additional languages are plus.
- proven ability to develop market penetration strategies and close high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce).
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and willingness to travel frequently.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
