Job Description

• Research and analyze the OEM industrial parts and building materials market for customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis for the building business (Barsales).
• Provide product information and prepare quotations for customers.
• Submit quotations for management approval and coordinate with customers.
• Collect and develop sales data, prepare reports/presentations, manage sales forecasts, and report to the Sales Supervisor.
• Receive purchase orders from customers and coordinate with relevant departments to process manufacturing orders.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams regarding production capabilities and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on product deliveries and provide customers with all necessary information.
• Identify customer problems, suggest improvements, and recommend the most suitable products.
• Coordinate and follow up on corrective actions for customer claims.
• Cooperate with the sales team to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve customer issues.

Job Qualification :

• Age 20–35 years, male or female.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing Management or related fields.
• Proficient in computer skills and English.

• 0–2 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in Architecture, Curtain Wall, Windows & Doors, Steel & Construction, or other industrial businesses is an advantage.

 
Skill :

• Quick learner, highly responsible, self-motivated, with strong teamwork spirit, and willing to work hard.
• Own transportation with a valid driving license, willing to conduct site visits
